Our Story

oh coconuts. was born out of a desire to create a range of water-resistant beach and travel products that seamlessly combine fun, versatility, and utility. 

I wanted to bring a range of functional products to people that would make their everyday lives easier and more organised.

Born in Noosa Heads (on my kitchen bench)

The oh coconuts. story began in 2015, during a family trip to Little Cove Beach. With my two-year old in tow and heavily pregnant, you can imagine my surprise, when my toddler dumped all the contents of my beach bag onto the sand. As a wave rolled in, I watched my car keys wash away into the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. 

It was at that moment I realised all of my favourite beach bags did not have pockets! Or if they did poor quality zips that broke after a short time.

The first design brief was a chunky good quality zip.

oh coconuts. was born. Granted it was 9 years in the making but life gets busy with two boys. 

I launched oh coconuts. in 2024, with a simple end-purpose in mind: water resistant products that are functional. In other words, a range of high-quality, durable products – that look good and are perfect for a water-based lifestyle.

I feel very maternal towards this lifestyle brand. My family and I have spent endless hours boating, surfing and wakeboarding. oh coconuts, allowed me to curate a range of products that I was searching for but couldn’t find. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
